When you choose [Download], in the next screen choose to [Save] the file to your computer.
Remember where you saved it.
Next, all you have to do is [Open] the file you just saved and Cookdisk will automatically start and import the new recipes for you. To open a file, right click on the filename and choose Open. Ensure Cookdisk is not running before you open the file.
Alternatively, start Cookdisk, choose [Add a Recipe] then [Import a Database]. Browse for the file you saved and choose [Import].
New recipes are added to the main database and are also put in a new Group.
